about conducting The 4-th International youth competition
«РУССКИЕ ZVEZDЫ»
Open Russian rating competitions
on modern dancing: The Russian Cup, The Russian Championship, The World Cup.
I. Aims and tasks:
1.1. The competition is conducted to demonstrative the achievements and forming standards of dancing culture for dancing people.
1.2. Competition tasks:
1.2.1. Forming humanities world-view with expressive means of dancing (plastic) culture among the youth.
1.2.2. Popularization of morality and healthy life-style among the youth.
1.2.3. Training of aesthetic taste among the youth, development of ideas of kinds of dance.
1.2.4. Forming aspiration for dancing.
1.2.5. Forming stable cooperation of professional choreographic community and dance amateur.
1.2.6. Testing new interactive forms of presentation of dance groups.
1.2.7. Development and consolidation of culture connections in Russian regions.

IV. Competitors
4.1. Competitors are dance groups which have given the application for The Open Russian rating competition and have paid a fee.
4.2. Age categories:
4.2.1 BABY — 2003 year and younger
4.2.2. CHILDREN-1 — 2001 year and younger
4.2.3. CHILDREN-2 — 2000—1998 year
4.2.4. JUNIOUR-1 — 1997—1996 year
4.2.5. JUNIOUR -2 — 1995—1994 year
4.2.6. ADULTS — 1993 year and older
4.3. Supplemental information:
4.3.1. Solo — 1 competitor
4.3.2. Duos — 2 competitors
4.3.3. Small groups — 3-7 competitors
4.3.4. Formation — 8-24 competitors
4.3.5. Prodaction — more than 24 competitors
V. Judges
5.1. Assessed judges from the membership of judge college of The All Russian Dance Organization; judges of IDO; members of The Presidium of The All Russian Dance Organization; leading Russian choreographers.
VI. The Fee
6.1. Every competitor should pay a fee for all events of IDO.A fee forms 15 euro.
6.2. Electric Buggy, Techno, Disco Freestyle: 650 rubles from one competitor (400 rubles for members of The All Russian Dance Organization) – taking part in any number nomination;
6.3. Hip-hop and Disco: 750 rubles from one competitor (450 rubles for members of The All Russian Dance Organization) - taking part in any number nomination;
6.4. Street Show: 750 rubles from one competitor (450 rubles for members of The All Russian Dance Organization) - taking part in any number nomination;
6.4. Brake Dance : 550 rubles from one competitor (350 руб. rubles for members of The All Russian Dance Organization) — taking part in any number nomination.
Order of registration: Advance registration of competitors is conducted by manager of dance group before 1-st of February 2009.

also you should state: your name and second name, the date of your birth, age category, nomination, the name of dance program for any competitor and time for dance program.
Organizers can refuse taking part in the competition to dance groups witch didn’t taking place the advance registration.
VII. The hotel,visas,transport
For reservation places in the hotel you should sent the application before the 1-st of February 2009.You can do it by phone (812) 923-00-12.You should tell the town and the name of the dance group, number of people(men and women),the date of entrance and exit, name of manager of dance group and another information. You should be ready to pay these services. Organizers can render assistance in getting visas, we also can provide transport for you for the extra payment.
